It felt sooooo good to just let go. It was a total frustration buster.

I came I saw, I SMASHED! This may become a weekly "therapy" session for me. So glad to get it out of my system.

Can you call it Fling Therapy. It's just a blast to throw paint! The colors, the mess, seeing a direct result of just letting go. And the canvas will remind me that I have a place to loos myself in art.
